Processing and delivery

Orders placed through this portal are processed and ship within one business day. Average delivery within the United States is 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location. Free shipping is included on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle bundles; standard shipping applies to the 2-bottle starter and is shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves the facility, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not seen it within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact orders@synadentixlab.com and we will resend it.

Shipping destinations

This portal serves customers in the United States. If you are ordering from elsewhere, contact support before placing an order so we can confirm whether we can ship to your location and what timelines to expect.

Returns under the guarantee

Every order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email support@synadentixlab.com with your order number within 90 days of purchase. We will reply with simple return instructions. Once your return is on its way, we process a refund of the product price to your original payment method. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We will sort out a replacement or refund right away, no return needed for damaged goods.

Buying genuine product

We can only support and guarantee orders placed through synadentixlab.com. Bottles bought from marketplaces or third parties cannot be verified or covered. If in doubt, confirm your batch on the verification page before opening.
