Halewick Oral Care, Inc. ("we", "us") stands behind Synadentix with a 90-day money-back guarantee. This policy explains how refunds work for orders placed through synadentixlab.com.
The 90-day guarantee
You may request a refund within 90 days of your purchase date. The guarantee applies to both opened and unopened bottles, because a daily supplement can only be judged by using it. Refunds cover the product price paid.
How to request a refund
Email support@synadentixlab.com with your order number within the 90-day window. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and a return address. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us.
Processing your refund
Once your return is in transit (or immediately, for unopened items at our discretion), we process the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically post refunds within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, and no return is required for damaged goods.
What is not covered
This policy covers orders placed through synadentixlab.com only. We cannot refund or verify products purchased from third parties, marketplaces or unauthorized sellers. Promotional bonus e-books are digital and non-refundable but do not affect your product refund.
